Century by century our ancestors were creating their own menu, different from the other ones with its uniqueness. Unfortunately, while being a part of the Soviet Union our own culture, customs and traditions were not of great importance for us, we even almost forgot our mother tongue!

Our culture, mode of life and ceremonial rites and, at last our cuisine, replaced with different kinds of junk food is reviving now. It would be unfair not to mention about one nice restaurant with strongly marked elements of renaissance of Kyrgyz cuisine. "Tyan-Shan" is like the bridge connecting our world with the past one. The most beautiful women in the Earth, dressed in national clothes are meeting you at the door; it makes you feel yourself a real khan at least for one evening. The Interior with national color such as "shyrdaks", plates and dishes in national style takes you away from daily Europeanized life to a new exciting world, where you can enjoy not just the delicious food but also steep into the history of Kyrgyz people. Believe me; it won't let you stay indifferent to our cuisine once you taste "byjy"- blood-pudding with rice or "kazy-karty" - offal weaved in a special way and other delicatessens. As Kyrgyz proverb goes:"You know still nothing" that means: If you never tastes Kyrgyz food then you've come to this world on a fool's errand.
