The most beautiful women in the Earth, dressed in national clothes are meeting you at the door; it makes you feel yourself a real khan at least for one evening. The Interior with national color such as "shyrdaks", plates and dishes in national style takes you away from daily Europeanized life to a new exciting world, where you can enjoy not just the delicious food but also steep into the history of Kyrgyz people. Believe me; it won't let you stay indifferent to our cuisine once you taste "byjy"- blood-pudding with rice or "kazy-karty" - offal weaved in a special way and other delicatessens. As Kyrgyz proverb goes:"You know still nothing" that means: If you never tastes Kyrgyz food then you've come to this world on a fool's errand.
