This might as first not seem important for photographers, but one of the things I loved when photographing in studios in Europe was how the studio assistant would bring me a shot of nespresso every time I pulled roll out of the camera. oh yeah, that is how one should be photographing. Natuarlly those were rental studios so one images they were serious about bringing me back, which they did.
Now a French (who else) have released a portable espresso maker.. we have all tried those before, little dingi things one can balance on a burner for peculated espresso... year sure. NO this is the REAL thing, the French combined a little pump with a holder for one shot of coffee... Simply pump a few until you have the right pressure, then fill hot water in the clean part and finally insert a pre-pack shot of espresso, push the thingie and presto you have real frothing espresso.... and you can repeat as many times as you fee like. No eletricity, just hot water, and the French convinelient also make a thermos for the water.. now THIS is something to bring for those cold mornings waiting for the light to become magic.
Apparently I'm not the only photographer impressed with the handpresso
