New Los Angeles Thai Restaurant offer free WiFi internet access close to community college. Along with a large outside dining area and great food, this make one worthwile visit. Don't forget your Laptop.
Last week I visited Farm House Thai restaurant for the first time, I had never seen it before and naturally turned my motorcycle around to check it out. The "Grand Opening" banner might explain why this restaurant seemed new to me.
Nice Restaurant
Once inside I was delighted
by the light and pleasant layout, clean and friendly.. Impressive. They
even had a large outside dining area and also a large parking area
behind the restaurant. The prices are low and the food turned out to be
great.
WiFi
Once I had placed my order and pulled out my
laptop to start working on a couple of the pictures I had photographed
earlier that day was when I got the biggest surprise ever. The waitress
asked if I would like to access the internet. Well Yeah.. That would be
nice but.. No problem, I will log you in now she said and disappeared,
next thing I know, I was connected using my wireless LAN card in the
laptop. WOW. I finished my meal and continued to enjoy high-speed
internet access for a while before getting out of there.
Breakfast

I came by the restaurant about noon since they had mentioned something
about serving breakfast on Sundays, well as it turns out, they do not
have the full menu since very few people did take advantage of it.
However once they had told me that, the chef asked me if I would like a
"Thai Breakfast Omelet". How could I say no, promptly coffee appeared
and a short time later a GREAT omelet. WOW. If you like omelets and
Thai food in general, do yourself a favor and stop by on a Sunday
morning and ask for a "Thai Breakfast Omelet".
Watering hole.
There
are over 500 Thai restaurants in Los Angeles, some famous, some
fantastic, and a few hundred where I would recommend going anytime you
are hungry, however Farm House Thai is possibly one of the few which
have taken on a old American concept of the "watering hole" a place you
can come anytime, hang out, eat something, chat with the owner or staf,
and just plainly feel like you are home. I can highly recommend a
visit.!
Oh and don't forget to bring your laptop.
